Coaching Circle

Join an exclusive group of ambitious and talented peers and get the clarity, strategies, challenge and accountability needed to navigate your executive journey.

The coaching circle is a coach-led, safe, confidential and thought-provoking environment where you can bring and resolve the following with the group –

  • Challenges and blockers that are impacting your executive journey.
  • Difficult decisions you need to make.
  • Complex situations you need to deal with.
  • Anything else you need support with or to get off your chest.

Enrollment is a 12-month minimum. When you finish, you have the option to extend on a monthly basis. Price may vary.

During each monthly coaching circle session:

  • You will receive live training/coaching from Nicholas on a career/leadership topic chosen by the group.
  • Together will review your commitments from the previous month and help you overcome what got in your way.
  • Together will discover strategies to help you move forward the following month while building a challenging but achievable plan of action.
  • You will gain unique perspectives from others in the group and learning from their challenges.
  • Get an opportunity to network.

Hi, I’m Nick. I’m a technology executive coach who specialises in enabling ambitious technology leaders to reach and excel at the executive level while not burning out and impacting their relationships with their loved ones.

I spent over 15 years as a global technology executive at Credit Suisse and UBS. During this time, I built and led global development teams of over 300 people, managed complex strategic change programmes of up to $40m and was accountable for one of the most critical trade management systems in the bank.

Personally, the year has been a huge success, ending with a promotion that I had been targeting. The feedback from management as part of the promotion process highlighted my leadership skills which were the key area on which Nick, and I worked.
