What’s Included

The program lasts for 6 months and includes 9 group coaching sessions. During each coaching session:

  • You will get live training/coaching from Nicholas on each of the 5 exponential transition practices.
  • We’ll review your commitments from the previous session and help you overcome what got in your way.
  • We’ll discover strategies relevant to your challenges and context while building a challenging but achievable plan of action for you to implement before the next session.
  • You will gain unique perspectives from others in the group and learning from their challenges.

Each coaching session will take place on a Saturday morning via Zoom and last for 2 hours. Each session will be 3 weeks apart to ensure we achieve momentum.

** 1-2-1 Coaching sessions are available at an additional cost.

Additional Accountability

Each Friday, you will receive an accountability email asking you 3 questions –

  • What did you do this week?
  • What are you going to do next week?
  • Anything else on your mind that you want to share or need help with?
