My earliest memory of Nick was from my time at Credit Suisse where he was seen as an inspiring senior leader. Years later I came across his blog posts and many of them resonated with my feelings and situation. Nick has been through important career situations that many of us could learn from. Reaching out to Nick for formal coaching has really helped me refine my vision about where I want to get to and focus on what my next actions might be to get there. Nick pushes me outside my comfort zone of thinking and I am grateful for the insightful journey that has unravelled for me as a result.
