You’ve built a successful career. But is it giving you what you want?

Nick helped change my life…. he is an understanding and thoughtful coach who helped me re-evaluate what was important and how to make the changes I needed for my mental well-being. Through only a few sessions we identified a couple of alternative strategies to refocus me on where I was heading and what I was going to do next. He opened my eyes to alternatives I didn’t think possible and with his support I changed my professional direction in ways I could not have imagined. His insight and probing style enabled me to take the leap of faith I needed to help me see a brighter and happier future.

Discover, Create & Risk-Manage What's Next.

You've worked hard to build a successful career and a good life. But is it still giving you what you want?

Maybe your career isn't progressing the way you'd hoped, leaving you frustrated about what comes next.

Maybe work is taking more of your time and energy than you want to give.

Maybe the pressure is affecting your wellbeing, relationships or how you feel about yourself.

Maybe your priorities have changed, but changing direction feels risky when you've worked so hard to build financial security.

Or maybe it's something else entirely.

Create what's next, on your terms.

You don't have to work everything out on your own.

You've built your career by solving problems, making decisions and taking responsibility.

But when the challenges you're facing are personal, involving your own career, ambitions, financial security or family, finding the right way forward isn't always straightforward.

You may have people around you who offer advice. But finding someone who understands your world, has no personal stake in what you do and is prepared to challenge your thinking isn't always easy.

That's where I can help.

Through confidential, one-to-one executive coaching, we'll explore whatever is on your mind, challenge assumptions and look at things from perspectives you might not have considered.

I won't tell you what to do or assume I know what's right for you.

Instead, we'll work together to help you:

Understand what's really going on.
Get beyond the immediate frustrations or uncertainties to understand what matters to you and what you want to be different.

See possibilities you might be overlooking.
Explore your options, including the opportunities, risks and trade-offs involved, without assuming you need to make a dramatic change.

Move forward on your terms.
Find a way forward that works for your ambitions, circumstances and the people who matter to you.

Ultimately, it's about getting more from the career and life you've worked so hard to build.

I've been where you are.

I was a Global Senior Director at Credit Suisse.

I'd worked hard to build a successful career, financial security and a life that my family and I had built around it.

From the outside, everything looked good.

But internally, I felt frustrated, exhausted and lonely.

Changing anything felt terrifying. I had so much to lose.

Eventually, I started bringing the stress and frustration home.

Until one evening, my young daughter angrily asked me:

"Why are you always such a grumpy dad?"

That was the trigger I needed to make a change.

And I did, with confidential help. Something that wasn't easy to admit as a high achiever who was used to solving problems for myself and others.

The experience changed not just my career, but how I thought about success and what mattered most to me.

It also gave me a new purpose: helping others facing their own challenges.

So I trained and qualified as a coach.

Today, I combine my experience of senior corporate leadership with professional coaching to help others discover, create and risk-manage what's next for them.

That might mean making subtle changes to your existing career or something much more substantial.

Only you can discover what's right for you.

Could I help you find your own way forward?

I don't know. But a confidential conversation is a good place to start.

It starts with a conversation. What happens next is shaped around you.

Why work with an executive coach?

You've built your career by solving problems, making decisions and taking responsibility. So why would you need a coach?

Because some of the most important challenges you face aren't necessarily ones you can solve by working harder, gathering more information or applying what has worked before.

You may be considering your next career move, adjusting to greater leadership responsibility or questioning what you want from the years ahead.

These decisions can affect your career, reputation, finances and the people closest to you.

And while you may have people around you who offer advice, finding someone independent, who understands your world but has no stake in your decisions, isn't always easy.

That's where coaching can help.

I provide a confidential space to step away from the day-to-day, examine your thinking, challenge assumptions and explore possibilities you might not have considered.

I won't tell you what you should do or assume I know what's right for you.

We'll work together to help you make decisions and changes that are right for you, your career and your life.
